While the IASB is currently focused on completing its work on insurance and its Conceptual Framework, Mr. Hoogervorst notes that the board’s theme moving forward is “Better Communication.” The IASB also plans to employ a rigorous research program to direct its standard-setting process to become more efficient.

Dear Mr. Hans I appreciate IASB that one of some priorities the effort to the 2021 is a rigorous research program to direct its standard-setting process to become more efficient. In this chance I propose IASB to make a research program to invent a new global financial statement that free from subjectivity, management discretion, represent the real world phenomena and encourage the national and international Capital markets regulator to stop the application of current financial statements - Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flow, Statement of Equity Changes as tools to present the public and non public company's performance. The ultimate performance of company is indicated by the amount of total cash and liabilities instead of Earning per share (EPS). Earning per share is a delusion, earnings is an artifact (Revsine, 1977)
