
Eric Freudenreich

Eric Freudenreich was appointed to the IFAC PAIB Advisory Group in January 2021. He was nominated by the French Compagnie Nationale des Commissaires aux Comptes (CNCC) and Conseil Supérieur de l'Ordre des Experts-Comptables (CSOEC) of which he was the first ever PAIB in France to be registered.
Mr. Freudenreich currently holds the position of Internal Control Director of a group which is a world leader in premium tubular solutions primarily serving the energy markets. Previously, he has occupied various audit and control functions within the group's finance departments from 2003 to 2016. Prior to this, he worked in accounting practices in Frankurt and Paris for 8 years.
Graduated from the Bordeaux Business School, Mr. Freudenreich’s professional designations include being Expert-comptable en entreprise, Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Internal Auditor, as well as Certificates in Risk Management Assurance, COSO Internal Control and COSO Enterprise Risk Management. He is also currently Chair of the Supervisory Board of ACTIPIERRE EUROPE and Board member of further real estate investment companies, Teacher at the Paris-Dauphine University and Trainer for the French IIA Chapter.
In addition to his role on the IFAC PAIB Advisory Group, Mr. Freudenreich’s governance representations include: Chair of the Supervisory Board of ACTIPIERRE EUROPE and Member of the Registration Commission, appointed by Order of the Minister of the Economy, to register senior accountants in business to the CSOEC.
