Michelle Brody

Michelle Brody is a New York–qualified attorney and the Head of Intellectual Property. At IFAC, she leads the strategic management of IP assets and overseers such initiatives as developing policy frameworks, negotiating complex licensing and publishing agreements, and advancing digital rights management strategies. She also handles trademarks, copyrights, and licensing arrangements across jurisdictions, while aligning IP strategy with IFAC’s Member Value Proposition to strengthen funding models and deliver member value.

Michelle holds an undergraduate degree from New York University and is a licensed New York State Attorney. .
