Moni Bajaj

Moni Bajaj joined the IFAC Young Leaders Collective in 2024. She is a Chartered Accountant and Founder of Sustainique Global Private Limited, which specializes in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and sustainability practices. With expertise in finance, audit, and taxation, Moni leads a dedicated team providing comprehensive ESG consulting services, including reporting, assurance, CSR strategy, and carbon accounting.

She advises companies on sustainability reporting and guides NGOs in effective project management. Moni also serves as a faculty member for ESG/BRSR courses at ICAI and speaks at various platforms, driven by her mission to integrate financial success with environmental and social sustainability.
