Muhammad Samiullah Siddiqui

Mr. Muhammad Samiullah Siddiqui joined the IFAC Board in April 2026 as Technical Advisor. He has been 
serving as Member of IFAC PAIB Advisory Group since January 2023. He was nominated by the Institute of 
Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). 

Mr. Samiullah is currently the Finance Director & CFO at Oxford University Press Pakistan. He served as 
CFO and Executive Director, Linde Pakistan Limited. Samiullah has served Siemens Pakistan in various 
leadership roles from 2000 till 2013, and his last assignment was as CFO Energy Business responsible for 
Pakistan, Afghanistan and Dubai. He also served as Assistant Manager Audit and Assurance with PwC 
Pakistan. He is a distinguished finance executive and globally recognized accountancy leader with over 25 
years of diversified experience across publishing, manufacturing, telecommunications, energy, technology, 
and professional regulation. 

Samiullah is currently the President of ICAP. Over the years, he has contributed significantly across ICAP’s 
ecosystem through key roles in the PAIB, Incubation, Examination, Members Affairs, Overseas Members, 
Women Members, Governance, Education & Training Committees. H is Chair of AML Advisory Board, 
supporting national AML/CFT capacity building.

Samiullah is a fellow member of ICAP.  He has completed executive leadership and strategic management 
programs at Harvard Business School, the University of Oxford, Duke University, Babson College, and 
LUMS. He is also a certified Director as per local code of corporate Governance.
