Adrian Lim
IFAC Global Head, Member Engagement and Experience
Adrian joined IFAC in 2015 and has held a range of roles across membership, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery. His responsibilities have included managing engagement and compliance activities with IFAC Members and Associates in the Asia Pacific region and the United Kingdom and Ireland, overseeing membership operations—including new member admissions and the IFAC Membership Committee—and leading the creation and administration of the IFAC Network Partner Program.
He has also managed the Accounting Technicians workstream, including the Accounting Technicians Communities of Practice, led the delivery of the IFAC Chief Executives’ Forum in 2024 and 2025, and supported colleagues delivering the IFAC Connect Series. Adrian is currently co-leading the delivery of the World Congress of Accountants 2026.
He holds a degree in Political Science from George Washington University and previously worked at CFA Institute and the YWCA.
