There is striking evidence in the world highlighting the positive impact of women’s leadership. On International Women’s Day 2023, IFAC is launching a series of interviews featuring inspirational women with diverse roles and backgrounds who all have one thing in common: their accountancy education has contributed to their accomplishments. Learn more in the video below, featuring IFAC President Asmâa Resmouki.

For the next year, we will share with you the stories of these incredible role models on a monthly basis. These real-life examples could not better illustrate that an accountancy qualification can open a wealth of career opportunities across the private and public sector, entrepreneurship, non-profit, as well as some non-traditional and even surprising routes.

Our first interview highlights the 2023 International Women’s Day theme, DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality.
